a night at the beach

we normally have a young adults group that adam and i lead on wedensday nights, but this past week we had it on thursday instead.

we had pancakes for supper and jumped in the car with a football, soccer ball, sweatshirts and water bottles and headed to the beach.

it was a perfect night, and we enjoyed the fresh air, the beauty of God's amazing creation and some wonderful (and much needed) family time.

riley found a lot of treasures...that we did NOT take home!

well, i look like i weigh about 500 pounds, but at least it's a little clearer!
