ReplyDeleteGreat job with this subject Rachelle! I can attest to the fact that it is difficult as a grandparent to see grandchildren go thru the process of disciple - but also can attest to the fact that you have produced two awesome young men who love their parents and love the Lord!
ReplyDeleteRachelle!! I really like what you shared in this video. Really spoke to my heart as a parent. You had soooo many good points (and I liked how you used the Bible to back them up). Really important to be consistant in disciplining our kids. Also important to be good role models for them (a bit challenging sometimes)! I liked what you said about controling our spirit. Really important to teach our children to control their emotions early on (equally important for us to set a good example and do the same!!) You definitely gave me a few things to think about in regards to discipline. Thanks for sharing, I definitely appreciate hearing some Godly advice on such a tough, touchy subject!!
