better late than never!

hey...at least it's not christmas yet!

i realized that i never posted any pictures from turkey day!

we have been busy around here, so somethings take a little longer than they used to!

everything was perfect...

uncle adam and his new little buddy lilla watched the parade while we got everything ready

aj helped too!

then it was time for pie...um, we really did have dinner before the dessert. 

i am just a dessert kind of a girl, so i get sidetracked when i see a plate full of chocolate and peanutbutter!!

then it was time to relax! 

we watched a couple movies together, and had a really great, relaxing time

of course i had to get a few picture of lilla

she is so cute i can hardly stand it.

so is ronnie :)

i have always had a really close relationship with my brother.

well...

not always. there were those times when i was babysitting him, and back when i was like 12 and he was 6.

i don't think he really loved me for a couple years there! ha

but we got over it.

and we have been through a lot together.

he has always been there for me.

always.

when he decided to move to philadelphia, i honestly thought i might not make it.

i'm not even joking.

my life was adam, aj, riley and ronnie.

we were together all the time. 

i still don't love that he is in philly, but i love that he met bobbi and has a beautiful baby girl.

i miss him terribly.

i literally don't think i could ever put into words how much i love my brother.

he is amazing.

i love the chances that i get to see him.

he comes homes this weekend and I CAN'T WAIT!!

and that is my better late than never post.

maybe i'll have my christmas blogged about by january.

not making any promises :)
